Tad and I always tell each other “sleep sweet” before we go to bed each night. I can’t even remember when we started doing this! We love the verse in Proverbs that says (if you preserve sound judgment and discernment), “when you lie down you will not be afraid; when you lie down your sleep will be sweet” (3:24).
We thought this sign would be a perfect addition to the nursery! I painted a wooden plaque with turquoise paint, then free-handed the letters and the little bird in white.
