Curious George Triple Birthday Party

We had a wonderful time this year celebrating three birthdays at one party! Vera (6), Jude (3), and Theodore (1) decided on a Curious George theme, and we had fun putting that together.

They may not always want to share a party, but this year they were thrilled! (They each had their own special day on their actual birthday, as well.)

The place settings are supposed to look like The Man in the Yellow Hat’s hat!

We cooked up some pretty yummy food for the party! Grilled chicken kabobs, roasted veggies, creamy rosemary polenta, goat cheese biscuits, salad, and a white layer cake with apricot filling!

So many special people came to celebrate with us!!

It was a special day celebrating three very special little ones!

Theodore is One!

Our baby turned one on August 25!

Theodore, we are so glad you’re in our family! You bring us so much joy!

We celebrated his first birthday with a trip to the park in the morning. This boy LOVES to swing!

For dinner, we had chicken tacos, followed by cupcakes on the porch with friends. I topped the cupcakes with mini chocolate chip cookies because… why not?

We were glad our friends could join us to celebrate!

Theodore was a big fan of the cupcake.

The other kids were so sweet to Theodore on his special day. He got lots of love from everyone!

We also celebrated Theodore turning ONE with a triple birthday party (for Vera, Theodore, and Jude), but that post will have to wait for another day!

Jude’s 2nd Birthday

We had a fun time celebrating Jude turning two years old!

When Grammy was here over labor day weekend, we had a little celebration.

Grammy bought these fun ice cream cone cupcakes!

Jude loves his new construction vehicles.

On his actual birthday, we had a family celebration after church.

The girls loved watching him open his presents!

Yay! More things that “go”!

Theodore was here for the party too.

Jude was quite excited about his train set, and he’s pretty much been playing trains 98% of the time since Sunday! The girls have been in on the fun too!
