Jude’s Two!

Happy birthday, dear Jude! You’re TWO! We love you bunches!

On Saturday we celebrated Vera’s birthday (early) with both sets of grandparents and a couple of uncles! I wanted to go ahead and have her birthday celebration early since my energy is waning each week. We’ll still have a special day on her actual birthday though!

It was so nice to have Tad’s parents, my parents, and my brothers here with us for the low-key party.

I know Vera felt very loved by everyone!

We had a taco salad bar which was AWESOME. We’ve been eating leftovers all week!

I found some really cute Daniel Tiger printables to help make her party special!

Of course I made our favorite chocolate cake recipe, per Vera’s request! She also requested a banner on the cake, sprinkles, and a “5” candle!

We’re so thankful for our happy, spunky Vera and we can hardly believe she’s about to turn five!

Cordelia Is Three! {And a Penguin Party!}

On Saturday, we celebrated Cordelia’s third birthday! She requested a penguin party!

My mom made some adorable penguin bunting banners.

I made a coconut cake and decorated it with some cute penguins!

My talented friend Stuart made penguin and snowflake sugar cookies for the party!

We were blessed to have our family come celebrate with us! Pops, MiMi, Grandanny, Grammy, Uncle Phillip, Uncle Nich, Uncle Jed, Aunt Angela, Brayden, Drew, and Haley all came to the party! Our table was as tightly packed as it can get, and we used every available chair in the house! I love having so many people in my dining room!
