Feathers in Our Nest

Since I put up last week’s update late, not a whole lot has changed!

I did have an appointment with my midwife yesterday, though.  She said I’m measuring a little small (33 weeks), but that’s fine.  Mango’s heartbeat is around 152, so that is great.  One of the midwives (a new one at my practice) said I’m all baby!  I’ll be having appointments more often now that I’m getting closer to my due date!

Mango likes to move around more when Vera and I are singing together.  I know she just can’t wait to be a part of our little choir!  🙂

Week thirty-four with Vera.

I’m really behind in posting this, but I wanted to get it up anyway!

This was a bit of a harder week for me, and I’m not totally sure why.  I am thankful that I can feel Mango moving a lot, but the really sharp kicks in the ribs are pretty constant now and sometimes catch me off guard.  I feel huge at this point, and my back hurts some from all of the extra weight in the front. 

Still, I am so blessed to be having a healthy pregnancy and to only be experiencing minor, normal pregnancy symptoms!

My mom said I’m carrying high, like she always did with her babies.
