You can use coconut oil in soooo much. Ive used it for a while, but recently got even more into it. One way ive always used it tho is to make home made french fries or small cut up potatoes. You can just use the coconut oil with a silicone brush, spread your potatoes out cut up in small pieces on a baking sheet… put the oil (dont be skimpy hehe) – and then you can season them with salt paper and another spice if you like more kick.

Also this is the kind i use: http://www.amazon.com/Nutiva-Certified-Organic-Virgin-Coconut/dp/B000GAT6NG/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1322255345&sr=8-5

thats a HUGE bulk portion, i got the 29 oz, and that was to small, so next time im ordering up ๐Ÿ™‚ it lahttp://www.amazon.com/Nutiva-Certified-Organic-Virgin-Coconut/dp/B000GAT6NG/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1322255345&sr=8-5st a long time.

walmart coconut oil isnt nearly as nice. Just fyi ๐Ÿ˜‰
