Week Twenty-Two

October 12, 2011 by Aliesha

The last week went by so fast!  Mango is moving more lately and that is always exciting.  I’ve had a LOT of lower back pain this week, but I remember this happening around this time with Vera’s pregnancy.  I’m not too concerned about it, since I know I won’t feel like this forever.  I just use my heating pad occasionally and sleep with extra pillows for support.

Week twenty-two with Vera.

Lovely bump! I can’t wait til I finally get one big enough for others to tell I’m pregnant lol. What did you use for morning sickness/nausea? I know ginger candy works, but I can’t find any around here.

Awesome how things are going!! Truly a blessing. And looks like you are showing more and more;)

I was always plagued with back pain… and like you I tried to baby my back when I could. But usually worked with it knowing it was temporary and what was needed to grow my babe.

Let Courtney adjust you aliesha! seriously πŸ˜‰ pregnant women and a good chiropractor go hand in hand, and you know you can trust her. I had back issues with all my pregnancy too, esp. Owen!

@LindseyCongrats on your pregnancy! For morning sickness relief, eat lots of small frequent meals, eat a snack before bed, suck on peppermint or sour candy, snack on almonds (whole, unsalted), and drink lots of water! Hope that helps… I was super sick with Vera and a little sick this time, so I can understand!
