Week Fifteen

February 12, 2010 by Aliesha

Click here to view my week 14 belly photo to compare.

Our baby is about the size of an orange this week! He or she is moving a lot more now that his/her arms and legs have their joints. I think I might have felt the baby move last night when I was lying in bed, but it could have been my imagination (or my stomach digesting, lol!).

I’ve been experiencing quite a bit of cramping over the last week. I’m not sure if I’m getting Braxton Hicks contractions already (they can start this early) or if it’s something else. At any rate, I’m learning to breathe through the cramping/contracting and that definitely helps.

We are very excited to be over a third of the way into the pregnancy. We are thankful to God for keeping our baby safe and healthy so far!

Oh, and in three weeks, we will know if it’s a boy or a girl! Any guesses?

Drew’s guess is a girl (or “gell” as he is currently pronouncing it). So I will be different and guess a boy. Although a girl would make the Caldwell grandkids an even 2:2!
