Love the linky loves – and that reasoning for the “no pill” is why I chose not to take it – that and I was not comfortable at all with what it does to a womans body… scares me.

I almost got on it when I was a newlywed because I had weird breakouts as soon as I hit 18… and the Dr. told me birth control would clear it up – even at 18 I had a very uneasy feeling about it and decided to take a go at other methods to clear my skin…

If you’re going to use birth control there are many other methods that are completely safe and would never harm a baby or our bodies.

I am just now really getting to explore your blog and I feel like we hold the same values very dear.
I got on birth control right before I married (that’s what everyone “did”), and then quickly came off of it. I didn’t like how it changed me and my body. I have not been on it since, and my husband and I rely on God to do with our family what He desires.
I have no problem with others using this as a way to prevent pregnancy (no judgement at all), but it isn’t for our family.
Thank you for that link. ๐Ÿ™‚
