First Days at Home

We’ve been enjoying lots of snuggles with Jude the last few days!  We came home from the hospital on Saturday afternoon.

He is a very happy boy!

We were so blessed to have MiMi here for Jude’s birth and first few days at home.  She left this morning, and she’s missed already!

Jude has been nursing almost hourly (with the longest stretches – day or night – being two hours), which has been exhausting.  At the same time, though, I am tremendously thankful for a good latch, a good milk supply, and all of the cuddle time with my baby.  I know this season will pass quickly and I’m trying to savor the wonderful parts of these days.
