First Haircut

January 15, 2014 by Aliesha

Yesterday Vera had her first haircut!  Her hair gets so tangled after her bath and she would cry when we would comb it (even using conditioner), so when I mentioned cutting it, she was excited!

It was really long!  I cut a few inches off and it definitely is easier to manage now.

It’s still long and very cute.

When I finished, she said, “But I wanted it to be as short as Daddy’s!”  Apparently she was expecting a pixie cut.

So happy my girl is growing up… but it sometimes makes me sad at the same time!

For tangling hair, you’ve GOT to try the Knot Genie. It’s amazing. Actually the Teeny Genie is a better size for kids’ hair. They REALLY work!!!
