Kristy (my friend and roommate from college) came to visit us this weekend! She last visited in September 2011, which you can see here.
We had a great weekend together! We chatted, skyped with another friend (Lainey), went to a harvest festival, shopped at Hobby Lobby for TWO HOURS, played with the girls, and just had a great time catching up on each others’ lives.
Thankful that we have been able to keep in touch!
Don’t you just love friendships that stay connected over the time/space/distances of life…so that you simply pick up where you left off the last time you were together? So special! One of God’s blessings in our lives!
Friends are such a blessing. I’m glad you had a great visit. I love how technology really can bring us closer together sometimes. 🙂
