Grind wheat in the WonderMill. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter with a pastry cutter until butter is the size of small marbles. Add ½ cup milk and stir until the mixture comes together. Use your hands to knead the dough into a ball. It should not be sticky, but if it's too dry, add milk 1 Tbsp. at a time until it holds together well. Be careful not to overwork.
Form 12 golf ball-sized rolls out of the dough and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes at 450 degrees.
Serve warm with butter!
