I made this on Saturday when my family was here. You can adapt it according to your family's tastes!
cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
light Miracle Whip (or mayo)
red onion, finely diced
Mrs. Dash (seasoning - found in spice aisle)
salt & pepper
Combine all ingredients! Serve on croissants or rolls. Other things to add as desired: diced red peppers, shredded carrots, halved grapes, toasted sliced almonds, etc. Have fun with it and keep it interesting by making it a little different each time! Enjoy!
